I ordered a sample of the acclaimed "pura silk" and "Alluria " trial face creams paying only the shipping charges £3.49 for each, on the understanding that if I did not like the trail for 18 days I could return them and my account will not be debited £69.97 for each jar.
I have not recieved one of the trial jars the "pura silk " and I emailed and phoned the company who said I had to wait for the "pura silk" to arrive by 15/6 and in the meantime they would send out another jar, I asked for a RAM code to return the Alluria (you must obtain a RAM code from the company to return it) but was told to see if the other product arrives by friday 15th well it hasnt and I cannot get through on the phone its engaged all the time, so I'm no further forward its a nightmare and a scam
