My husband ordered a free trail for shipping only of pura silk. When I saw what he did I called the 800 number on the conformation email an hour later to cancel. They called them selves Nue Science and sent me a cancellation email. I received the product anyway and a 3.95 bill on my card. I put the product away unopened and decided that it would cost more to send it back. My next credit card I received a 89.99 charge. That was 2/28. When I called thinking there wouldn't be a problem sending it back. They said no way and there was a new shipment already on its way to me that I would have to pay for. After a 30 min. Argument they agreed to give a 50% credit
on the second shipment (but would not let me return it).
Also the supervisor said she was sending me more things such as 600.00 in free groceries and I had 14 days to cancel. I told her not to ever put anything else on my card, but she said she would.
