I contacted the company about unauthorized credit card use. Yes it was a minor family member, but you think they would still care. They refused to cancel the order. More troubling was that the card is saved in his online account and I was told that they wouldn't stop accepting the card and would not take that card off his account and I cant close the account.
He said that I needed to have him take off the card and close the account, the would keep accepting the orders form this account. I asked to speak to a supervisor and there were none. I asked for the phone to call and speak to a supervisor and he said that they do not have phones in customer service. What kind of business does not have a customer service phone line?
