Unauthorized Charges - account now prepaid visa card

I had a account now gold and I decided to stop using that card because of $9.95 fee months later I received a new blue account card that said now with no fees so I started my direct deposit again with company and was charged 41.95 in fees in less than a month. I called to speak with customer service not one time did they apologize and denied me to speak with supervisor stating that they were out of office call back tomorrow.
