Capital One would charge for a payment protection plan and credit inform service that would supposedly check your credit score for you that no one would report to you and cost about 30 dollars each. When called to cancel, Capital One would not take off the bill let alone answer your questions to tell you who authorized to put the charges on your account or take them off. When asked to speak with a supervisor the company would hang up and you would have to call again. The charges would not be taken off despite multiple attempts to speak with a manager or supervisor, the charges wouldn't be taken off.
