I brought a ZTE smart phone 3 months ago and broke up so i went to the store and they say that they only warranty the service not the phone but I read the phone warranty and it say that I have 1 year of warranty and the authorized dealer must fix the phone or refund the purchase price of the item. However I call the ZTE CORPORATION and they say they will send me a shipping label by email but they didn't.
