We bought a Drive train warranty from them.
My wifes transmission went out a year after we bought the warranty.
The Dodge dealership called Warranty Corporation they said to take the transmission apart. After they got the transmission apart they called Warranty Corporation again They said that they would send somebody up to look at the transmission.
After 3 or 4 days the Dodge Dealership called Warranty Corporation again to see when somebody was going to look at the transmission. They said that they didn't have any body available so just go ahead and rebuild the transmission.
After the transmission was rebuilt the Dodge Dealer sent them the bill and they refused to pay it. They said that we didn't wait for somebody from their company to look at the transmission.
They have a Better Business Bureau rating in the state of Alabama because they gave the Bureau $10,000.00 donation.
The Attorny General of Alabama won't do anything to them because they don't do any business in Alabama.
They also go under the names of Heritage Warranty Mutual Insurance Inc., Automotive Warranty Corporation of America, and Warranty Acceptance Corporation.
They are all registered to the same address in Mobile Alabama.
