Our TV was covered by a two year extended warranty by Warranty Corporation of America. After if stopped working, I called, they sent me a form to fill out and a shipping label. I sent the TV in with their label and didn't hear back for a month. I called and got no resolution for another month.
Finally it came to the point where they admitted having no record of sending me a shipping label and UPS could not give me the tracking numbers. Now my TV will just sit in their warehouse and they sincerely apologize.
