According to their advertising on national tv this company provide high speed internet by satellite i got a receiver installed in august i found out that the system did not work, it would freeze on a page and i often had to wait untill the next to get it working again
very sluggisly and freeze again. I called the company numerous times
to no avail. Iwas put on hold untill i hanged up. But never the company offered to send a technician to check the installation. I had
to live with it untill may 16 when i called to ask for a cancellation. I was given a cancellation #and the service was turned off the same day, but the company kept taking money out of my bank
untill novwhere i put a stop to it. They say that its perfectly legal
because i forgot to notify the accounting dept of the cancellation
Well, i do not work for Hughes and i dont see their employees cannot
take care of the necessary internal transactions. For their convenience
they have moved the termination date to january and issued me a reimbursment of 138 dollars 37. I am asking for the balance of
the money taken out of my acccount from may to november which
amounts to259. Dollars 53 yours truly C Merillon
