After getting winstream DSL i checked my bill since i have had problems in the past with them adding unauthorized charges. I then turned the paymeent over to my wife. 8 months later i rechecked my bill and found that windtream had added a 9.99 a month add on to my bill without asking me. When i asked for it to be removed they said it is up to you to check your bill monthly.
