Martin Guitar Co. Ripped-off a Senior Citizen, me, Charly Knauss. They couldn't AND wouldn't fix my $1,000.00 bad playing guitar. After one of the attempted repairs they shipped the guitar when I said I wasn't going to be home. Back and forth 4 TIMES via UPS, 5000 miles in the heat and dust and bumps and very hot temperature. I called them and wrote th the President blah blah blah
