Paper Billing Fee

On my Windstream phone bill statement due on 10-24-11 I noted a new fee of $2.99 for paper billing. My thought is if you want paid, send me a bill and don't charge me for sending me a bill!

In query to Windstream, they refused to alter this fee or remove to receive a bill from them.in fact, quite rudely did they refused to remove this fee.

So, Windstream, you bunch of losers! You lost a DSL connection and a local number to another another carrier. Your $2.99 fee lost you $107.34 in revenue each month. My VOIP number is $5.95 and the other carrier's internet access of $30 per month. Quite a savings.
