I had a horrible experience with best buy geek squad don't ever take your PC there!!!
They deleted my internal HD and are not willing to make good.
Boycott the store! In Long Beach on PCHY and from what I've read on the internet
the geek squad in BAD everywhere.
When calling their tech support, the rep admitted I really don't know anything.
