Don't use Best Buy Geek Squad unless you want a headache. I tried to buy their protection plan and instead I get sold the webroot, I was also charged twice for it. I asked for refunds on both and it has been 3 weeks and still nothing. They keep transferring me and telling me that they will look into it. I will never use them.
