DONT USE BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD unless you want a headache. I tried to buy their protection plan and instead i get sold the webroot, I was also charged twice for it. I asked for refunds on both and it has been 3 WEEKS and still nothing. THey keep transfering me and telling me that they will look into it. I will never use them
