A company who has taken the words "customer service" to a new low! If you value your sanity, DO NOT become involved with them. They will tell you one price and charge you substantially more when the bill actually comes. If you tell them to cancel the service, then they will threaten you with outrageous cancellation fees, so you remained sucked in.
I can only take satisfaction in the fact that when my contract is up in one year then I will NEVER use them again and I have already stopped one person from repeating my mistake, so at least they will lose much more then they beat me out of...
