I called directv today, 12/29 to voice a complaint regarding not only their horrible reception service, but also concerning the extremely high bill. They are a horrific business. Was told in so many words that if I'm unhappy to cancel, but a $400 will be automatically withdrawn from my account!!! For early cancellation fees. Something has to be done! They cannot get away with deceptive practices...
