Nue Science is a scam! I signed up for a $ 2.95 sample on-line. I never received the sample.instead I was billed an additional
$ 79.95. I called customer service and talked to supervisor 034. She told me that I would have to call the post office and track the package and that I was responsible for locating the missing package. She told me that if it wasn't found that I would have to file a fraud claim. The post office records that the package was delivered. I told the agent that there are 4 houses in the subdivision with the same street number as mine and I didn't think it was my responsibility to locate the missing package. I order on-line a lot and have NEVER had a package stolen, but have had numerous ones delivered to the wrong address. Stay Away from Nue Science. This company scams customers!!!
