I ordered green coffee from this company and never receive the product, when i contacted them, they told me their records shows it has been delivered, and gave me my local post office number to call which i did. The local post office told me to contact the seller to file a claim so they can pay the seller for the seller to pay me. I have been communicating with this company for the past month and change, but to avail. They insisted they send the merchandise so they have nothing to do with the lost package so i should contact post office for my package, but post office says i should contact the seller to file a claim for a refund to be issued. It seems that the company is not willing to a file a claim and post office will not pay for the missing package until the company file for a claim.
