Bottom line, if you have a package shipped using the usps flat rate mailers, the postal service is not responsible, nor do they care you even receive your package. I had a company deliver a package in January, using this method. The postal carrier said she delivered the package, while I was out of town, and having all mail and packages held at the post office.
