On January 22, I ordered items from a website for which I selected overnight shipping. The order was processed and shipped on January 23. The order was delivered on January 24 to the wrong address. I waited until January 31 to call the customer service center of the website to find out what happend to my order. The representative informed me that my packaged was delivered to a different address. Someone I do not know signed for the package. On the day the package was delivered I was at home waiting for the package. The driver never attempted to deliver the package to the right address or verified the correct receiver.
I went to the address of the receiver several times but no one was home. I had to do FedEx's job for them. It has been 7 days since the package was delivered and he has not tried to contact me so safe to say I will not get my package from him if he still has it. I called FedEx customer service to find a solution to the problem. I was told that a message would be sent to the service center responsible for delivery and the driver will return to the address and try to pickup the package. I was told to call back in a few hours. I called back a few hours later and I was told that I should wait a few days and if I do not get the package I should file a claim. I asked to speak to a Supervisor because this agent would not check for notes or find out if the driver even attempted to retrieve the package. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was put on hold for at least 20 minutes before I hung up. I will not use their services again.
