Missing Dr Phil

I have my recorder set to record all Dr Phil shows and when the show comes on it is "skipped" because it was a "duplicate event." It's never been on before, how can that be a duplicate event?
I caught it one time where it had the wrong write up for the show so it cancelled the recording. Please, please fix this! This ain't right!
