We ordered computer hardware to update our memory. We ordered on 7/5 and our credit card was charged. No package arrived. We have sent no less than 5 emails asking where our merchandise was and finally demanding a refund. We had to email since no phone number was ever found. We sent the emails and almost immediately we receive a reply that is always the same. They say thank you for contacting us, be assured we have received you email, please be patient that they have alot of backordered items and to be assured that given time our order will be shipped and to refer to their webpage as to the shipping time on our item. I looked at our account on their webpage and it still says our order is processing. On their webpage it states that the hardware we purchased usually ships within 24 hours... But as of this date it has been almost 7 months.
