Ripoff they enroll you for a monthly fee to a membership you are not aware of Internet internet

I went on line to netcare pharmacies.com to inquire about a diet pill but never received any meds they charged me 19.95 as a processing fee. I gave them my debit account number in case I ended up getting any pills. This month on my statement was another charge for 14.95 to usmedsavers and I think who is that they are a partner company with netcare and netcare has signed me up for a membership I know nothing about. I call the phone number for them and go to the web site nothing now I go back
to netcare pharmacies and the run-around begins I am given an e-mail address that will not work six different times customer service will answer a few questions but say they cannot help you they have already been reported for this same thing its a scam I hope my bank can resolve this to stop the monthly drafts for 14.95 and I hope I have learned a lesson
