First of all, left emails for the "online operator" who never answered my questions regarding availability of sizes, colors, etc.
Since the Juicy Couture tracksuit is quite expensive, and this was a present for my 11 yr. Old, I decided to order from this company since the price was much less. It was against my better judgement, though.
Ordered the item, which the billing goes through Google. The funny thing is, my charge card was charged the same day that I placed the order, but I received no shipping info at that time and assumed the item was instock, since I was charged for it.
Tried sending 3 emails to the company that were never answered and Google sent me generic answers, which surprised me.
Finally 5 days later, got an email from the company that the item was shipped, after I threatened to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. But didn't receive a tracking number. Emailed the company for the tracking number and then received an email 4 days after it was "shipped" that the item is "backordered" and my order was cancelled. Hopefully I will get my money back. Take it from me— do not order from this company
