Purchased a DVD, almost immediately received an email stating the profuct was on backorder. Decided I didn't want to wait for the product, so I followed the Cancel and refund my credit card link. The page was blank! After about five more emails with the same message, I contacted the phone number listed on all of their correspondence.
I got a human being who processed my cancellation. Within 12 hours I had 3 more emails stating that my product was backordered.
At this point, I am worried that they are still intending on charging my credit card for an item that I have canceled, or that the first person did not cancel my order. I call the number again to ensure the cancellation. I was assured that the order had been cancelled.
Since then I have received at least two emails a day from them, again the same line... Your item is backordered.
