I am very displeased with my interactions with CameraKings. Their site said they had an item in stock, which was actually on back order. After I placed my order, I asked about a tracking number, and I learned the item was going to take at least 10 days to ship, not the 1-2 they claimed at first. Their “customer service” proceeded to claim that it had been listed as back ordered the whole time. I found my interactions with their “customer service” very unprofessional and unhelpful. I would recommend avoiding this company. I am listing my emails with the company so you can see the way they responded to my questions.

Am I to understand that this item is on back order? I canceled my order with another company because it was on back order and your site said the item was in stock. I realize that the item is now marked back ordered but when I ordered it, it was clearly marked "Availability: Available, Usually Ships In 1-2 Business Days" I ordered the item on 9/27/09.

I did not call you a liar. I said "I believe it was marked backordered before then". I did not say "I am certain". I did not say "It was" marked backordered before then. I said "I believe". There's a difference. If it was in fact marked available I apologize for the typographical error on our site.
I apologize that you've taken this to mean I was calling you a liar when I was not doing any such thing. I am well aware that typographical errors and web errors do occur so it is very possible that there was a glitch and it was marked available for a small period of time in which you placed the order.
