I ordered a NEW Bionair steamer on sale for $24.00 but received one with water in the reservoir and the cord wrapped like a child did the re-wrap. With postage it cost $26.91. I emailed Walmart 3x and received no response to the matter. To return it will make me be out of pocket almost 40% and be empty handed. (Postage and/or gas to return it the "approved" store.)
