I also ordered and paid for my Chica doll on September 14, and got loads of personal excuses and promises that the doll would be sent "tomorrow" or "first thing next week." I have emailed this Debbie Kirkpatrick a dozen times and am now asking for my money back. It has become painfully obvious that we have all been scammed. Does anyone know if we can organize a class action lawsuit? She was smart enough to string us all along until after the PayPal period of 45 days to report a claim. We need to take some recourse. Any ideas? I'm furious and don't want this to happen to anyone else.
