I just want to say Ab Rockect rocks. If you can't make it to the gym, working too many hours or whatever, this will help get rid of that pony keg and give you back your 6 pack.
But... Forget about that commercial... Just go to Walmart - $97.00. Or even Amazon, shipped right to your door if your pony keg is a bit too heavy to haul to Walmart.
If you buy off TV; with postage and all, your paying way more. Think it was around $130.00.
Forget about the TV guarantee deal, your paying return postage with insurance... You can always take it back to Walmart, if you don't want it.
Works great with pilates bands too.
