Whilst on the internet an advert popped up for free trials of facial products. You only had to pay the postage, approximately £2.98 per product. I ordered three different products and was delighted to receive the goods very quiciky (overnight).
Big shock when my credit card bill came in. A total of £229.89 had been charged for the three items.
On contacting my credit card company, I was told that I had probably signed for a 'subscription' when accepting their terms and conditions. I can't recall any terms and conditions. Don't agree with this at all.
Am now trying to get a refund. I believe that this is a deliberate case of false advertising. Am £229 out of pocket and am gutted.
