After noticing three large amounts of money taken out from my credit card I have today telephoned the above company asking why they have charged me over £200 for items I have not ordered nor incidentally even received. I had two products on 'free trial' and even had a 'free gift' thrown in too. Following discussion with the lady on the phone she advised that in their terms and conditions if you do not cancel within 14 days (what now is a subscription) you are subsequently charged for the 'free' items you were sent. They would not refund me any money that they had taken stating that it was their terms and conditions, I feel that this is unacceptable however it has been an expensive lesson learned.
