I signed up to three trial items from this company. The advert clearly said that if I paid only for post and packing £2.97 each they would send the goods.
I received all three trial items and was delighted they were delivered so quickly (0vernight). Big shock when my Post Office credit card bill came in. I had been charged £74.95, £79.99 and £74.95, a total of £229.89. As it's a weekend the Post Office are telling me that they cannot stop payment because I have (unwittingly) signed up to a 'subscription'. They said this would have been in the 'terms and conditions'. I really can't remember signing any terms and conditions.
I am now overdrawn, unlikely to get my money back. Gutted
