We responded to what seemed like a legitimate advert for VIVEXIN and DERMAJUVENATE for a free trial product where all you had to do was pay postage (then they get your card details). There were no other terms and conditions on the website but a couple of weeks after the trial products turned up we received more products and then there were multiple unauthorised withdrawals from our account.
When I contacted them they claimed that we had agreed to do this because the terms and conditions said they could (there were no terms and conditions on the advert). I have since cancelled my bank card and my bank said that they were well aware of this company and their scam but that they couldn't do anything.
I have since seen identical adverts with different product names. Please do not be fooled, they are scams and I urge you to report the companies to the authorities.
