After applying for a free sample, i was only able to access terms and conditions after agreeing to pay for postage. I then read them only to find out i have agreed to a subscription each month of £87.00. I had no way of contacting them to cancel the order until i recieved my so called free sample. I phoned the number i was given got through and promptly stopped any subscription charges. I was told this was done and i also stated that their adverts were wrong for not letting the customer read terms and conditions first. It has not been two weeks but they have taken money out of my bank and sent me more samples nowhere near a months supply. I have tried phoning them and as soon as they hear you mention the products they put the phone down on me. I hate being ripped off its purely robbery. This advert was in a mens health magazine a well known one i may add. I cant believe they would like to see there readers ripped off this is so wrong i need some help with this one please.
