Reputation Management Consultants
A Scam!

They took my money, refused to answer my phone calls and did NOTHING to fix my online reputation. I had a SEC violation and it was a. Gov site, which after lots of research, turns out that it is very hard to suppress. However, reputationmanagementconsultants.com told me they could definitely get this to "page 5." Yeah right!

I hired Reputation.com, or ReputationDefender at the time (apparently they had to change their name because of all the forums exposing their scam that popped up). They promised me the same thing, basically that they could fix it easily and get it to page 4-6. They couldn't get one website in front of my negative site! So, I did more research, thought reputationmanagementconsultants.com would work, same results though. Did some more research, found a company called searchmanipulator.com and I got ahold of their founder. He was the most honest man I have ever spoken to and told me if I wanted my negative website to get to page 4-6 that I would have to pay for the highest package which was $1K, but he advised me not to pay for it! He didn't want to risk having poor results and he was afraid reputation.com and reputationmanagementconsultants.com's methods may taint his formula and he didn't want to waste my money or time. So he told me to purchase the "do it yourself" software which was incredibly cheap. After 20 minutes of work and 2 days of waiting, my SEC violation was on page 2.

I'm gonna go ahead and purchase the $1K package once I get the funds and take my chances. Learn from my mistake though people, do it yourself with searchmanipulator.com's software or hire true professionals. They are based in San Francisco and have figured a way around the latest "google algorithm." Apparently Google has a thing called the "panda update" which was to stop reputation.com, reputationmanagementconsultants.com and similar companies computer generated (and thus easy to decipher) tactics.
