I have an bill every month from Tmobile that does not add up to the contract they gave me in the first place. I contacted Tmobile for a contract to get unlimited texting, unlimited calling. I waited for a call back from them. They said (if you get a contract with us, we Tmobile will give you $5.00 off your bill for the next year, you are now paying $68.00 an month, and your new bill for the next year will be $63.00 a month saving you $60.00 a year, and you get unlimited text, unlimited calling, and 400 pictures.) I said ok, the very first month my bill went up, and the five dollars was not taken off, and a late charge was applied because they changed my due date from the seventh of the month to the third of the month, as thats the same day i had paid my bill, but was still charged a late fine, or fee of $5.00 dollars. Now every month I had to call to get my $5.00 a month taken off for the promo they gave when I signed the contract. I also was, and still being fined late charges paying my bill on the third, and thats the same date I get paid by social security. I can't pay before that date, and Tmobile will not change the date back to the seventh of the orig date that was. Now my bill is $86.10 and it does not add up, they raised the bill wrongfully from the contract agreement we had talked about.
