Since November a third party authorized T-Mobile vendor submitted a fraudulent contract under my name as an automatic contract renewal. Two weeks later I received two pre-paid phones as a result of that a 2 year contract extension was applied to my account. I submitted the complain and T-mobile said to me they where going to honor the new contract with an unlimited plan for my three lines. I've been with T-Mobile for over 6 years with a 1,500 minutes and I never went over my minutes.
However, after they falsely advertised the unlimited contract saying it was going to be effective at the beginning of the year they just didn't do it. I found that out at the end of February when i called to ask for an employee discount. They would apply only the unlimited plan to only two of the three lines I have on my family plan. Despite all my efforts they denied me the right to talk to a supervisor and they could not say why the unlimited contract was not apply at the beginning of the 2012 as promised.
Charges are related to local calls in Miami. Please I need help. They lie to me, they told me everything was going to be alright to find out a month later that I have a bill over $300 because they didn't applied the unlimited to my third line as promised.
