Bill -26.94 for six months

I closed my T Mobile account in Mar. Since then I get a bill every month for -26.94 promptly in mail. BTW, this means, TMobile owes me money.

I even got a call once from TMobile asking me if I need help, paying my bills! It took the customer service agent 5 mins to understand that they owe me money.

I have called TMobile several time to get the money back and stop getting their irritating bill. Its been more than 5 months and TMobile will not do anything.
