Changed my billing cycle to create another charge because i was never late in 3 years paying my bill. Then to make matters worst, they cut off my service for $19.00 bill after fighting with them for mon

I've used Tmobile for almost 4yrs, and my bill was either early or paid on time, never late. So a couple months ago they changed my billing cycle, i didnt like it and asked them to change it back, so they changed it way diffrent from the original pay date, then hit me with an additional charge which they said was pro-rated. I had unlimited everything for $79.99, now i had that, bill plus a bill of $32.00 which i objected to, and let them know my pay history was perfect before they started all there mess. They cut my service over that $32.00 dollar bill and charged me 20.00 restoration fee to get it back on. Then a month later cut it off again, this time over a $19.00 bill that was ten days late, because i said no more on time for me, i was finished with them at that point. They said they would restore my service if i paid them $19.00 dollars and they would bill me for another $20.00 restoration fee. At point i canceled everything, and now Metro PCS is my new friend, i call them friend because there saving me $40.00 a month over tmobile.
