Flexpay Payment Taken on 17th Instead of Agreed Date

Uthello to all customers of tmobile. Tmobile has taken the flexpay out of my account at a different day again I started 24 of the month there contract states 3 day before would make it 21 of the month instead they take it out on the 17 of the month mind you I have been with t mobile 3 months only and they have made the same mistake every month I told about it and they told me so what nothing they can do but they did tell me it was in my contract
