Bill of $245 instead of $130 with unknown $19.99 charge

I opened my phone bill and was shocked to see 245 dollar bill that should be 130. This is absolutely insane, one charge was for 19.99, for what!!! I have no idea I didn't sign up for anything and I'm being charged for something that was never used. Tmobile better get their shit together and take that off my bill or I will switch carriers
