Appeared on my TMobile bill, and was told to call My Mobile Care #, which TMobile supplied. Upon calling the number, I was told I could cancel/block the service. I said that I wanted a refund, because it must have been a mistake. They said that I had to have typed in my cell # online, then accepted a pin on my cell phone. I did not do this. I was then told to fax or email my bill, and a supervisor would review the case for a possible refund.
