I was calling them to file a claim about my wifes phone that was damaged, i checked my account online to make sure we still had the premium handset protection plan, and we did. So we talked to them and they told me over and over that i didnt have it, i copied and pasted the details into a chat with one of their reps to show them, he said no you're wrong. REALLY??!?! So now im out a phone, and cant replace it because they messed up? Ive been paying $7.99 a month for 21 months!
