If your phone is not working, do not except AT&T will change a new one for your. They will just make a lot of bs excuses not to change it for you, since I am still under f*ing warranty. How can AT&T keep their business up, if your phone is not working at all, how can they except you to use their services. (all I know my phone is still under warranty and I'm not going to pay a penny for a replacement) 4 phone line cancellation is coming up for AT&T, go for T-Mobile.
