Pressure sale, lie about products, cover up their mess by making me look bad ripoff

I purchase a 32" sony Tv at american-deals.com. I thought that is it once I click purchase (okay bottom) at the website. Couple days later they call me to confirm the order. I talk to one of the salesperson he told me my credit card was decline, since I am using discover card and since it is a big purchase ($2000 plus) they need ask me to go throu the security to make sure I am the card holder and thats how much I am spending. I told the salesperson to wait so i can take care of that problem and call me back either the next day of next week.

The salesperson actually force me to use my other credit cards that I did not want to use. Since many places sold out that TV and that salesperson told me that if I dont buy it today it'll be out of stock for couple of weeks. So without choice (not sure if they are lying or not about that is the last TV they have stock) I put on my other emergency credit card. The salesperson promise me this item will ship the same day but actually it was ship the next day.

Since I bought the TV from them, they try to get me to purchase warranty, this is what that salesperson say to be about that Sony TV " if I don't buy this warranty this TV will pretty much not functional right, it is the best warranty and will protect your TV after 3-4 months I use the TV and he told me it'll be handy after 3-4 months" come on I am purchasing one of the top of the line Sony LCD screen and it is SONY not other no brand items. He not only lie to me about that product but also make Sony corp looks bad.

I love Sony products and been using it since I was little kid (20 years). Since I purchase from Pricegrabber.com, it ask me to put review on that company. My shopping experience was pretty bad and I want to protect and warn other future buyer about that place.

So I wrote a review and every single words are true. 2 weeks later they put down a reply commen on my review: Not Fair. His credit card declined, we called immediately to inform that. We offered Warranty and other items related to his purchase. He declined and there was NO pressure to purchase anything. Customer received a 32" TV within 5 business days from coast to coast with NO additional shipping cost. Please contact us if you need any further assistance.

I already explain what happen to my credit card and I dont want those useless warranty that Sony Corp never heard before (Yes i did call Sony Corp about the warranty they are selling and the agent told me he never heard that warranty before, beside if the TV is not functional right before TV original warranty time sony will either fix it or replace it). And 5 business day took them 8 days. And the Owner contact me beg me to change the review I told him he needs to make some changes before i can change the review.

He told me he'll call me the next week, however he did not call, according to him he got a family emergency. He never find out anything about what happen to my bad purchasing instead contact with me find out more information he turn around write that nasty review. When I call him back this is what he told me: this is my company and i need to do everything to cover up the mess of course lying about untrue stuffs, he also told me every single company is that way. I understand every company will try their best to cover their mess but at least they will try to fix the problem first but not them
