I have an HP Notebook. I purchased an extended warranty with accident protection. My daughter spilled milk on it and it stopped working. My warranty says that I have a 3 business day on site at home warranty. I was told that I have to mail the computer in and it will take 2 weeks to get it back. Today I filed a complaint of consumer fraud with the Arizona Attorney general's office. My advice never buy HP but if you do dont pay extra for the at hiome service since you will not get it. I hope the A.G. Goes after these scammers.
