One asks a tech question. I waited hours and hours. And was charged $22. Finally the response was: Not enough info. So I sent more detail in the response place. They charged another $22. When I wrote in the space and in Contact Us, that I had never received an answer, they were going to charge me $40. I did not let it go through. They deducted the $22 when I complained, but left the $22 from which I never got an answer.
Seems Google lists many times people have had this issue with them charging over $1,000. Visa says it's a legitimate company with a phone number, but I couldn't find it. Reviews show 25% of questions are answered, the rest are charged fraudulently...
