Experts not paid when customers let answered questions time out

I have been an expert on justanswer and have been "not paid" for my hard work answering consumer's question through the established practice of JUST ANSWER" allowing the question to be "timed out" I have answered questions for one consumer that will go on for hours and at the end of my answer the customer is allowed by JUST ANSWER" to time out AO in the end I don't get paid but Just Answer does! I mean I have answered questions thoroughly and have even been told by the customer that I am right on the money and then the customer doesn't wish to pay me so the Just Answer site recommends that the customer allow the answer to time out - I get zip and Just Answer gets paid, it is not fair!
