I asked an electronic question to the listed company and they responded by saying that I would be charged $28 on my credit card only after I received a response that I was completely satisfied with. Until that satisfactory response there would be no action debiting my card. Well, 4 hours later I received no response at all to my question, and then went into my online credit card account and saw that JustAnswer had already attempted to get $28 out of my account. I contacted my card company and cancelled the card and am being issued a new one with a new number. I did check online afterward and saw that others had experienced this same scam. I have yet to hear back from any of the so called experts at just answer.
