On 7/17 i boarded a Greyhound bus from NYC to Toronto. The bus was schedule to leave at 7:30. However, it left at 7:00pm. Upon boarding the bus it was almost fill so i had no choice but to sit in the extreme back close to the bathroom. This was the most horrible experience that i ever had. The bathroom was reeking with the smell of feces and urine and there was no toilet paper to wipe yourself. This is worst condition i have ever witnessed on a bus. If you are taking consumer's money, the least you could do is to ensure that people's health are not compromised. I will ensure that i report this to the department of health...
